Dr. Alexander Schaeff


In 1994, our managing director Dr. Alexander Schaeff took over sales and later management of the family-owned construction machinery company, which he sold to the US-based Terex Group in 2001. Since then, he has built up a group of industrial investment companies, also investing in companies in difficult situations.

Leonie Schaeff


As the “Next Gen,” Leonie Schaeff joins the family business in 2024. As a Board Member, she is responsible for marketing and communications, with a particular focus on the expansion and strategic development of the healthcare sector. In this future-oriented field, she provides key impetus for new entrepreneurial initiatives, partnerships, and growth.

Bert Overlack

As CFO, Bert Overlack is responsible for the company’s finance, controlling, and commercial management functions. In addition, he drives the development and enhancement of AI-supported processes and continuously advances controlling with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and future readiness.

Christine Schapiro


Christine Schapiro has been our Office Manager since 2014. She is responsible for the organization and administration of our offices and ensures that they run smoothly. She also organizes meetings, monitors customer service, and coordinates and plans staff and their attendance.

Stefanie Winkhardt


Stefanie Winkhardt has been supporting our company in the areas of finance and controlling since 2022. In her role, she contributes to the planning and organization of financial activities and helps to continuously further develop the company’s economic performance.

Christina Neigel

Christina Neigel has been working for our company since 2025 as a supporting specialist during parental leave cover. In this role, she supports the organization and administration of our offices and makes a significant contribution to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
