Dr. Alexander Schaeff
In 1994, our managing director Dr. Alexander Schaeff took over sales and later management of the family-owned construction machinery company, which he sold to the US-based Terex Group in 2001. Since then, he has built up a group of industrial investment companies, also investing in companies in difficult situations.

As “Next Gen” Leonie Schaeff joined the family company in 2024. As a marketing specialist with agency experience and expertise in the field of corporate social responsibility, she is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of all marketing and communication measures as Head of Marketing and Communications.
Christine Schapiro
Christine Schapirohas been our Office Manager since 2014. She is responsible for the organization and administration of our offices and ensures that they run smoothly. She also organizes meetings, monitors customer service, and coordinates and plans staff and their attendance.
Stefanie Winkhardt
Stefanie Winkhardt is our Head of Controlling. She heads the Finance & Controlling departments of our company. She is responsible for the planning, organization and management of all financial activities and further develops the profitability of the company.

As a Commercial Cpecialist, Sandra Stadel supports the office in the area of accounting. She also carries out assistant tasks and supports the team in all areas.
